ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Each House of Wolves by Ōkami Maison piece is produced specifically for your order. Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, incorrect size selection, color preference, or other customer ordering errors.

Please carefully review all product descriptions, sizing information, colors, and order details before completing your purchase. Colors and placement may vary slightly from what appears on screen due to differences in monitors, devices, production processes, and the nature of printed and garment-dyed products. These reasonable variations are not considered defects.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We want you to receive your order exactly as intended. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us at Jessica@jessicamaney.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photographs showing the issue. We will review the claim and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement or other remedy in accordance with applicable law. Please do not return an item without contacting us first.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

House of Wolves by Ōkami Maison works with third-party production and fulfillment partners to create and ship certain products. Production and delivery estimates are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer, except where otherwise required by law.

If an order cannot be fulfilled or shipped as promised, we will handle the order in accordance with applicable law.

FINAL SALE

Except for damaged, defective, incorrect, undelivered, or other orders for which a remedy is required by applicable law, all purchases are final and are not eligible for return, exchange, cancellation, or refund.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.
